| The most rewarding residential project undertaken by Construction by Silva is shown and described in the Photo Gallery as REMODEL (1 of 2). This project involved taking an existing 2-family home in Watertown, Massachusetts, perform demolition down to the shell, supporting the shell to excavate and pour a new foundation, and install and provide new everything – walls, floors, wiring, plumbing, etc. |

| Another aspect of construction that has also been enjoyable is working with the architect, to bring an idea of a design, to reality. An example of this is shown and described in the Photo Gallery as ADDITION (3 of 5), where the design and actual construction of the circular room extension was not seamless and involved direct discussions with the architect. Because of these discussions and of the experience and knowledge of Construction by Silva, the recommended methods were approved and performed, where the result is shown in the Photo Gallery. |
