Description of Work Performed: Built a 9 X 10 ft, 2-floor addition, with a fireplace on each floor.  Above picture is of the fireplace and fireplace mantle built on the first floor.
Job details include:  Excavation for foundation of addition, Foundation for addition, Framing, Insulation, Electrical, Windows, Siding, built the Chimney and two different fireplace mantles (one for each floor), Installed a bathroom on the 2nd Floor, Plaster, Finish Work, and Roof.  The total cost of this Addition was $150,000.

Description of Work Performed: Complete Soup to Nuts Addition, from foundation to roof.
Job details include:  Excavation for foundation of addition, Foundation, Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation, Sheetrock, Installation of Windows and Doors, Hardwood Floors, Cabinets, Finish Work, Vinyl Siding, Roof, 2-Bay Garage, and Driveway.  Also installed a new kitchen, and a new bathroom in second floor.  The total cost of this job was $240,000, in 2006.

Project: Complete Remodel of 2-Family Home (Watertown, MA)
Description of Work Performed: This 2-Family Home was completely remodeled – from foundation to roof.  Front view of the building from the street.
Job details include: Demolition of entire building to shell, supporting of building for excavation of existing foundation, to be replaced with a new foundation.  Poured new foundation and included a small addition to the front and a small addition to the rear of the existing footprint of the 2-family home.  New framing, Blue board with Plaster within entire building from basement to top floor, New Insulation, New Electrical, New Plumbing, New Hardwood Flooring throughout building on each floor and basement as well, Siding, Windows, Doors, Finish Work, Roof, Two New Decks, New Cabinets, New Patio, Painting, Tile, and Gutters.  Project was challenging and enjoyable and satisfying.  It was completed in less than 1 year.  There are a total of 4 bathrooms and 2 Kitchens.  Both the Basement and the Attic are finished.

Project: Shed Dormer (Roof Raised) (Belmont, MA)
Description of Work Performed: Home owner needed more living space for growing family, so they decided to raise the roof and make more living space!
Job details include:  Demolition of existing roof and framed a shed dormer.  Performed finish work inside of dormer, including installation of hardwood floor.  Also had to extend two existing chimneys due to new roof line.
